GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:We are seeking highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The individual will manage a Partner and 5-6 Associate Partners, Directors and Associate Directors in the consulting business.

Ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What The Day Will Look Like

This will be a 5-day per week role for the right candidate.

Manager partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Arrange Travel, prepare expense reports and update time recording information (as required)

Maintain reference and distribution lists.

Maintains updates and organizes information in databases.

Help with special projects and ad hoc requests.

Tracks purchase order requisitions

Manages requirements for the team in the Bangalore Office
