The Call Center IT Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted operation of call center's technology infrastructure. This role involves deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to guarantee that call center agents have the reliable tools they need to deliver exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Call Center Optimization (Core Focus): Provide highly responsive, dedicated IT support tailored specifically to the call center environment, ensuring agent workstations, headsets, dialers, and CRM systems operate flawlessly to minimize downtime.

· System Setup & Configuration: Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and essential call center applications for new and existing staff.

· Routine Maintenance: Maintain computer systems and hardware. This includes overseeing initial system setups, performing preventative hardware maintenance, and conducting regular system follow-ups to ensure long-term stability.

· Fault Resolution: Actively investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults, including issues with office peripherals like printers and scanners.

· Network & System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot broader system and network connectivity problems, quickly diagnosing with related teams/departments and resolving complex hardware or software faults to keep the floor operational.

· Documentation & Reporting: Provide comprehensive technical support, which includes creating detailed procedural documentation for recurring issues and generating relevant system performance reports for management.

6. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

7. Need to support Call Center well
