Job Description
Configure, admin and maintain servers, applications, routers, switches, and other networking equipment across L1/2 and L3.
Manage and support all school applications
Lead and participate in project execution and coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects meet their objectives.
Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed according to company standards
Hand customer service issues for the school by answering questions about products and services and resolving concerns.
Coordinating with 3rd party vendors across all areas.
Ensure technical documentation is always up to date, and IT register/inventory is kept up to date.
Manage projects as the need arises.

The Successful Applicant
Analytical skills
Innovative thinker with strong collaboration skills
Problem solving mindset
At least 3 years of experience in similar role
Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of server’s hardware
Professional experience with Microsoft Environment, networking, Apple products and communications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
