About Us:
Silverline is a leading real estate development company dedicated to the design and construction of luxury residences. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to support our daily operations and contribute to a well-run, efficient office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth internal coordination, supporting documentation needs, and facilitating communication across departments and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, and ensure a tidy, well-stocked, and professional office environment.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phone calls, and preparing reports or correspondence as needed.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry (training provided if necessary).
Maintain organized and accurate files, records, and internal documentation.
Support logistics and coordination of construction material production and delivery.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and external partners in a professional and timely manner.
Help implement and maintain office systems and processes to improve workflow and team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in office administration, executive support, or coordination roles is preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and comfort with using digital tools for communication and scheduling.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
