SurfsTeK Alliance Sdn Bhd is a leading ICT distribution company specializing in Auto-ID, Data Capture (AIDC), POS, Mobility, and Enterprise Solutions. We work closely with renowned technology brands and channel partners across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Coordinator / Product Executive to support our product management, sales operations, and vendor coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams on product-related matters.
- Prepare quotations, pricing updates, and product information for the sales team.
- Assist in product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock planning with relevant departments.
- Maintain product databases, price lists, and product documentation.
- Support tender submissions and project quotations.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales analysis when required.
- Assist Product Managers in achieving business objectives and sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, sales support, inside sales, procurement, or administration will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred to support communication with vendors and customers.
