Job Snapshot
Working with sales reps and suppliers in the marketing and advertising services and promotional products, you will place order, follow orders through to completion, and troubleshoot as needed.
Responsibilities
Work with Advantage Marketing team to get orders placed. Internal team includes graphic artists, inside sales, sales reps, and accounting specialist
Process purchase orders quickly and accurately, with attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and under pressure when needed and get orders processed to meet client deadlines
Follow orders through to delivery
Ability to deal with problem orders as needed
Ability to work with our suppliers and maintain positive relationships
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Communicate via email, phone, and in person
Requirements
High school diploma
Experience in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
