Overview: Â FBSPL is seeking 20 detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Associates to
join our team
in Udaipur. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance activities for personal lines, specifically within a BPO setting for the USA market. This is a 100% work-from-office position, and candidates must be based in Udaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling policy setup, updates, cancellations, and rein statements.
Management   and process quotes for various insurance types, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assistance   with initial claim processing, including gathering necessary details and coordinating with adjustors.
Requirements:
Must be
a resident of Udaipur, India.
2 years of experience in an insurance-based BPO company, specifically for the USA market in handling personal lines insurance activities.
Must-have understanding of Agency Management Systems and carrier websites.
Must-have
communication
and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
