Int. Bilingual (French/English) Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resource department for a large insurance client – Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Must Have

Skills:

1-3 years of administrative support experience. Bilingual (French/English)

Experience with

Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.). Nice To Have

Skills:

Previous experience with supporting a corporate staffing department. Insurance/Fi industry experience

Job Responsibilities:

Utilizes Microsoft applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations, and manage projects. Acts as a department point-of-contact for hiring managers and job applicants in assisting them with their needs. Assists in the hiring process. Performs full administrative support functions. Assists with special projects and perform other duties and functions as requested.
