Administrative Assistant to Chief Information Officer
Job Description:
The administrative assistant to our chief information officer is a liaison between the office, clients, and annuity providers. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain client case files
File new statements, account forms, and other insurance/investment-related materials
Respond to telephone inquiries and return client calls, providing troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues.
Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or request return of completed forms
Prepare/print letters of instruction for clients’ signature
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing
Qualifications:
· Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft, Adobe, Excel applications, and CRM software
· Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet critical deadlines
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
· Ability to work both independently and on a team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality

The salary range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Additional compensation may be earned through the company’s annual bonus.
