Position: Intake Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

We at Advisa Care Home Health and Hospice are seeking a self-motivated, driven Intake/Administrative Assistant in our Las Vegas location to support our Home Health and Hospice Division.

This will NOT be a remote position; in-office only. Salary position with excellent benefits!

Intake/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:

Lead organization and recruiting efforts to meet KPIs and organizational goals.

Work independently to fulfill recruiting and staffing needs across Arizona under the guidance of our VP/ED.

Support candidates throughout the hiring process in collaboration with our clinical training teams.

Assist in onboarding compliance alongside our Compliance Director and Administrative Executive for new staff.

Collaborate with leadership to develop new recruiting channels and processes to maximize efficiency.

Complete company orientation to better connect with candidates during interviews.

Be knowledgeable in digital/virtual interviewing tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.

Perform other duties as assigned by the VP/ED and supervisors.

Support the growth and training of other office staff as needed.

Additional responsibilities:

Obtain benefit information, initial authorizations, and patient liabilities before care begins.

Handle initial scheduling of clinical staff, track orders, and manage documentation from physicians and referral sources.

Experience with Wellsky/Kinnser Agency Manager is advantageous but not mandatory.

Familiarity with referral portals and eFax usage is required.
