The Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting a pre-screening interview of all potential clients to determine eligibility for program services. Qualified applicants will possess a professional phone presence and patient demeanor. Previous experience in a related position preferred.
This position also assists with answering questions about MOWCTX programs and refers applicants to other services when appropriate. Duties will include maintaining accurate computerized and manual client files containing sensitive and confidential information as well as other administrative duties.
