Intake/Legal Assistant (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated, friendly and bilingual (Spanish/English) individual to join our team as an Intake/Legal Assistant. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about law and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for new clients after they retain our firm.
Collect and organize critical case details, including personal information, accident reports, medical records, and other essential documentation.
Accurately input client data into our case management system, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Provide excellent customer service, fostering trust and confidence with clients during the intake process.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
Leverage technology and software tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanishand English (required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, empathetic, and committed to delivering top-notch client service.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
Interest in personal injury law and the legal field.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
No prior legal experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
