Candidate will be able to process sales/purchase orders on an internal system. They will be a point of contact for customers with queries on products, deliveries, orders and provide support to sales area managers. Candidate will be working within an internal administration team.
Must have excellent customer service skills, communication, experience in the Fluid Power Industry (preferred), experience in a fast-paced environment, work well within a team and work to deadlines.
Internal Administrator Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing orders
Liaising with the warehouse to complete customer requests
Answer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
Contacting customers/suppliers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain any missing information.
Maintaining and updating internal database
Offer support to management when required
Processing paperwork, updating systems, and filing documentation
Internal Administrator Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and outlook software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload
Accuracy, attention to detail
Willing to be trained on internal departmental systems like Navision
