We're Hiring: International Program Coordinator
The Bachelor of Engineering Program in Chemical and Process Engineering (ChPE) – International Program, Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, invites applications for the position of International Program Coordinator (1 position).

Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate student recruitment, admissions, and selection for the international undergraduate program.
– Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for international students and visiting faculty members.
– Plan and organize activities for international students, including academic exchange and mobility programs.
– Coordinate student visa applications and prepare documentation for inbound and outbound exchange students.
– Provide administrative support and coordinate services for international graduate students.
– Promote the program and build relationships with high schools and educational institutions.
Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
– Excellent command of spoken and written English.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
– Experience in international education, student services, university administration, or event coordination will be an advantage.
– A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and international environment.
