Location: West Palm Beach (On-Site) | Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $37,000-$44,000

Inventory Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Process and verify documentation related to inventory receiving, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Enter inventory data into accounting and inventory management systems.
- Perform and track inventory adjustments, including discrepancies, returns, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and supporting documentation.
- Assist with reconciliation of inventory balances and investigate variances.
- Update and maintain inventory logs, reports, and system records.
Inventory Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- 1-5+ year of experience in inventory, accounting, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
- Experience with Sage 100 or Service Titan is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately.
