Hadco Metal Trading distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics.
Hadco Metal Trading branches are located strategically in the East, Midwest and West, allowing nationwide presence and coverage.
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and tracking inventory within a warehouse ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, update inventory records, and maintain stock levels.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM
Role & Responsibilities:
Receive new material and accurately enter information into ERP system.
Maintain accurate inventory records for available material within our ERP system.
Compare inventory to office records, using sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to maintain accurate inventory.
Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust inventory as necessary.
Investigate and report adjustments as needed.
Verify and document information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and compute inventory balance, price, and cost.

Able and willing to Monday – Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM
Familiarity with MS Office computer systems, (Word, Excel, Outlook email).
Able to read and write English.
Basic math skills including measuring and fractions.
Minimum 18 years of age.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
