What The Role Is
As an Investigation Support Officer, you will be part of a team supporting the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD)’s operations, which is essential in helping CAD achieve its mission of preventing, deterring and detecting financial crime.
The Investigation Support Officers provide critical investigative support to enable CAD to conduct investigations more efficiently and effectively.
You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.
What You Will Be Working On
As Investigation Support Officers, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide operational admin and logistics support
- Provide investigation support including dealing with case exhibits, facilitating return of exhibits to rightful owners and disposal of exhibits and seized monies, managing service queries from persons of interest, filing of investigation papers, and any other administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For
Requirements
- Any field of study
- At least two years of experience in providing investigation support or other support work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Is an astute problem-solver and be able to take on an innovative approach to issues
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
