Invoicing Assistant

Temporary for up to 2 weeks initially (may be extended)

Based in Wardle, CW5

Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Rate of pay £12.21ph

Adecco are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support our client based in Wardle, CW5 on a temporary basis.

We are looking for someone who is experienced and confident with registering invoices to support within the purchase ledger team.

Responsibilities may include:

Creating accurate invoices for customers, ensuring all details are correct.

Reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and agreements.

Maintaining records and tracking invoices and payments received.

and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in invoicing or finance is essential.
