Community Association Management (CAM) is a full-service HOA management company with a portfolio of more than 95 associations throughout the KC metro. Our goal is to assist community board members in maintaining the community and to seek out and promote a network of homeowners who share in the wellbeing and advancement of their neighborhood. Our approach to HOA management is to remove the stressors associated with running the community, so members can spend their time enjoying and improving upon their neighborhood.

Community Association Management (CAM) is a Home Association management firm centrally located in Prairie Village, KS. CAM was founded in 2004 and currently serves as the Association Manager for 95+ Home Associations throughout the Kansas City metro area.

Administrative Professional:

CAM is currently seeking an Admin Professional to assist in the management of a large and diverse portfolio of single family, condo, townhome, and villas communities throughout the metro area. The Administrative Professional will work directly with CAM Account Mangers and other coworkers to provide aid in the operational and financial management of each HOA. This person will offer both the Account Manager(s) and HOA members a valued resource for assistance of special projects, corresponding with clients about their community’s policies, practices, and events, and assist with the general running and needs of the management office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the office and management team.
Maintain records, organize files, and assist with document preparation.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook for daily tasks.
Assist in coordinating meetings and scheduling.
Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and internal team members.
Some onsite work at client’s community will be necessary at times so reliable transportation is necessary
