Role Description
You will review and label workplace scenarios from a B2B SaaS IT support environment to help train and evaluate an AI agent. Using structured guidelines and contextual integrity norms, you will judge whether specific attributes (e.g., access credentials, user data, internal IT notes, ticket metadata) are appropriate for the AI agent to use, and what information should be visible to different people in the scenario ("cast members" — e.g., end user, IT admin, manager, security officer). This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible hours.
Your Profile
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support/IT Operations in a B2B SaaS company (or similar environment)
- Strong English writing and reasoning skills (required)
- Familiarity with common IT/SaaS workflows: access provisioning, support ticket escalation, incident response, employee onboarding/offboarding
- Comfort reading basic technical content (you do not need to be an expert coder)
- High attention to detail and ability to apply structured rubrics consistently
- Experience with tools like ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk), identity/access systems (Okta, Azure AD), or internal IT processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Review B2B SaaS IT support scenarios and classify whether specific information attributes are appropriate to share with each role in the scenario
- Apply contextual integrity norms (relevance, role-fit, context-fit) consistently across cases
- Provide yes/no/undecidable judgments with short written justifications in English
- Participate in calibration rounds and incorporate reviewer feedback
- Meet quality and throughput targets in line with the project SOP
- Flag ambiguous or edge cases for reviewer escalation

All onboarding, training, collaboration, and QA take place online through our annotation platform, Slack, and scheduled video calls. We hire globally and pay in USD via standard contractor payment channels.
