Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably in banking/financial services
- Strong understanding of on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
- Experience with Kubernetes (production), Docker, and microservices architecture
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Familiar with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
- Solid system administration skills (Linux & Windows Server) with scripting (Bash/Python)
- Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM)
- Good understanding of SLA management, security standards, and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure availability, stability, and security of IT infrastructure (≥99.9% uptime)
- Plan and optimize infrastructure capacity, performance, and cost efficiency
- Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments in production
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Implement monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity compliance
- Support infrastructure integration across systems and data center/VM migration activities
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure-related risks in line with governance standards
