Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an IT related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, Server Administration, Network Administration, or as an IT Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backup systems, and end-user devices.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Good understanding of IT Security, backup & disaster recovery, system monitoring, and user access management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to be placed at District 8 – SCBD.
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and ensure the daily operations of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computer devices, systems, and supporting services, run optimally and effectively support business needs.
- Manage and monitor the availability, performance, capacity, and security of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and VPN) to maintain operational stability and business continuity.
- Oversee backup, recovery, and maintenance activities for servers and databases to ensure data integrity, security, and availability.
- Perform troubleshooting and coordinate the resolution of complex IT issues, including escalation to vendors or relevant parties when necessary.
- Manage the implementation, installation, upgrade, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware, software, ERP systems, and other applications that support business operations.
- Conduct regular evaluations of IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for system development, capacity enhancement, efficiency improvements, and security upgrades in line with business requirements.
- Supervise the performance of the IT team, ensure departmental KPI achievement, manage the IT operational budget, and provide coaching and professional development for team members.
