IT Support will report to IT Support Supervisor
IT Support will responsible to provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide effective and appropriate technical assistance to computer system users
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
Ensure the excellence of service for stakeholders
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or similar fields
Experience in IT Support (help-desk)
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
In-depth knowledge of hardware and software operation
Available for flexible hours and weekend work
