We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team as First Level Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for providing initial technical and functional support to end-users, resolving common issues, and ensuring smooth usage of Dynamics 365 CRM within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Dynamics 365 CRM-related queries via phone, email, or ticketing system

Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests

Perform initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of basic CRM issues

Escalate complex incidents to second-level support or CRM admin/dev teams

Assist users with basic configuration tasks (dashboards, views, records)

Support user account management and permission requests

Document issues, solutions, and workflows in the knowledge base

Coordinate with the IT Help Desk and other business systems for cross-functional issues

Monitor system health and report outages or slowdowns

Qualification :

1–2 years of experience in IT support or CRM helpdesk role

Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Service modules)

Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to explain technical terms in simple language

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
