Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Franklin Fitch, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our Technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across our offices in Frankfurt, Cardiff, London, and Austin. You’ll play a crucial role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT infrastructure while supporting our employees’ technological needs.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you’ll be the go-to person for all IT-related issues, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to projects that enhance our technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the Tech Hero: Provide comprehensive 1st-line technical support for hardware and software issues across our global offices in Frankfurt, Cardiff, London, and Austin.
Lead Large-Scale Deployments: Spearhead company-wide IT installations and configurations, evolving our IT offerings to meet Franklin Fitch’s growing needs.
Safeguarding: Stay ahead of emerging phishing trends by regularly reviewing reported emails and refining our email filtering strategies.
Seamless Onboarding: Create a warm welcome for new team members by accurately setting up their IT equipment and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Optimise CRM Data Integrity: Manage the accuracy and organisation of data in our CRM system. Develop tailored reports that provide valuable business insights, helping us make informed decisions.
Collaborate with External Partners: Act as the point of contact for external IT suppliers, ensuring effective vendor relationships and timely responses to technical requests.
