- You bring high‑quality and reliable user support, confidently handling complex and time‑critical issues both remotely and on‑site
- You help improve our services by identifying, proposing, and implementing IT improvements
- You strengthen customer relationships through clear communication, participation in review meetings, and timely reporting, helping customers understand both issues and solutions.
- You will participate in IT proejcts interacting with the customers

Salary range: 2602- 2965 gross per month
