Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Job Title at AIA, based in Sri Lanka. The role involves supporting the delivery of insurance and financial solutions by performing day-to-day operational, analytical, or client-facing responsibilities, depending on the specific function. Typical tasks may include managing policy documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards. The role requires proactive collaboration with colleagues, clear communication with stakeholders, and adherence to established processes to ensure high-quality service. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately with data and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in common office productivity tools and basic digital literacy; familiarity with insurance or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse team environment and build effective working relationships.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and risk management standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an added benefit.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar corporate environment in Sri Lanka will be considered an asset.
