Job Summary
Responsible for providing assistance to Sales Director (RSD) in the supervision of branches by performing related technical and operational tasks, assisting in monitoring of work deadlines, coordination/follow-up of reportorial requirements and unacted items, handling of confidential files/matters, etc. Position is also responsible for gathering and analyzing information/data, consolidating of reports and maintaining related records.
Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Paseo
How will you contribute?
Coordinates / follows up on various requests of Branches for equipment, additional budgets, repairs and maintenance, etc.
Clarifies /explains queries pertaining to branch request.
Attends to queries, clarification on reports & other matters including annual budget preparation, performance monitoring reports, etc.
What will make you successful?
Bachelor’s degree
Someone with the skill to work well in a sales and banking environment, able to adapt to their surroundings and apply what they’ve learned as tools in their leadership
Adept in Strategic Planning and Management
Fast worker and with ability to work under pressure since assigned tasks are more often than not “rush” items.
