What You’ll Do
Drafting standard correspondence and legal documents
Preparing, editing, and formatting memos, opinions, and submissions using Microsoft Office and Adobe
Assembling physical and digital binders and books of documents
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining bring-forward systems
Communicating with clients and lawyers via phone, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
Managing and organizing electronic filing systems using Net Docs
Assisting with general office administration — reception, scanning, ordering supplies, and keeping things tidy
What You Need
Enrollment in a legal assistant program or previous experience as a legal assistant (litigation experience is a plus)
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
