Hot Chili Limited is an emerging copper producer focused on delivering large-scale, near-term copper supply to a world facing an increasing shortage of this critical metal. The Company holds strategic assets in two essential resources – copper and water – both with substantial growth and value upside.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administration Officer to support the Company’s corporate and office operations within a highly international working environment.
This role offers strong international exposure, with the opportunity to work closely with cross-border teams across Australia, North and South America. You will gain hands-on experience supporting global corporate activities, including investor relations and international conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day office and administrative support to the Australian corporate team
- Work closely and maintain regular communication with the Chilean office, supporting cross-border collaboration
- Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings and the preparation of detailed travel itineraries.
- Assist with the organisation of meetings, investor engagement activities and international IR / PR roadshows, including the planning and coordination of international conferences.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the Company website and official social media platforms
- Act as a day-to-day liaison to support coordination with external IT service providers
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as required
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or junior corporate role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
