Role Description
The Junior Brand Representative (Immediate Hiring) is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This position involves representing client brands in face-to-face settings, engaging potential customers, and promoting products or services to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Daily responsibilities include delivering clear brand messages, answering customer inquiries, providing quality customer service, and maintaining a professional image in all interactions. The Junior Brand Representative will also participate in team meetings and training sessions, collaborate with colleagues to meet campaign targets, and provide feedback from the field to support ongoing improvement of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
- Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent client brands consistently and effectively in face-to-face campaigns.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey key messages and handle customer questions confidently.
- Candidates should ideally have a basic understanding of sales or marketing, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to different campaign requirements.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur as part of a collaborative team.
- SPM and above.
