We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to support our daily online business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, campaigns, and online platforms while ensuring smooth execution across e-commerce channels; Shopee, TikTok, Lazada etc.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SKU)
- Maintain accurate product details, pricing, and promotions across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales
- Support homepage updates, banners, and promotional content
- Track campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution
- Monitor basic performance metrics (sales, orders, conversion) and prepare simple reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
- Good Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
