Job Purpose:
This role involves administrative, governance, and coordination responsibilities within the HDC’s Halal Integrated Platform unit. You will manage procurement activities, legal matters, inter-departmental initiatives, and administrative documentation.
Skills (Technical knowledge and expertise)
Procurement Management: Ability to manage and coordinate procurement activities
Legal Coordination: Knowledge of legal document review and coordination (MOA/MOU/MOC, Engagement Agreements, NDAs).
Inter-departmental Communication: Strong communication skills for managing initiatives and activities across departments.
KPI Management: Skills in updating, maintaining, and reporting KPI performance.
Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Financial Management: Competence in monitoring and managing financial performance, including quality assurance for quotations and invoices.
Quality Assurance: Attention to detail for performing quality assurance on reports and financial documents.
Strategy Development: Skills in goal setting and developing strategies based on performance analysis.
