Job Description:
The Junior Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing high-level administrative assistance. This individual will act as a strategic partner to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars and coordinating logistics
Arrange and oversee complex scheduling for meetings, conferences, and travel plans
Prepare meeting agendas, gather materials, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
Draft professional correspondence, including thank-you notes and stakeholder communications
Research and coordinate venues for executive events, dinners, and meetings
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team
Assist with ad-hoc projects, including event planning and business development support
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
