Junior Executive Assistant – Springboard to C-Suite EA

Sydney | $85k – $105k + Super | Hybrid

Are you an ambitious Junior EA or a seasoned administrator looking to take a step up, working in a high-impact, fast-paced environment? This role offers hands-on experience supporting C-Suite leadership at a prestigious organisation while providing a structured pathway for career growth.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant, supporting the CEO, President, and Executive Team. Your responsibilities will include:

Diary & Email Management – Stay two steps ahead, ensuring meetings, travel, and events run seamlessly.

Travel Coordination – Proactively manage domestic and international trips, ensuring everything is prepared in advance.

Document & Event Management – Handle event logistics, board papers, speech preparation, and correspondence.

Stakeholder Liaison – Interact with high-profile legal professionals, executives, and government officials.

Proactive Support – Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

Who We’re Looking For:

A motivated and detail-oriented administration professional who thrives in a structured environment.

Someone with legal industry experience (preferred but not essential) – strong attention to detail is essential.

A quick thinker with strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.

A professional who understands how to “read the room” and adjust communication accordingly.

Someone who wants to learn & grow – you’ll start by supporting the Senior EA, but there’s a path to taking on more responsibility, including directly supporting the COO.

Why This Role?

Hands-on mentorship from a Senior EA who will help shape your skills.

Exciting travel coordination – help plan executive trips across London, Singapore, Sydney, and beyond.

Pathway to growth – step into a broader EA role over time, working with senior leadership.

Work-life balance – Hybrid role (min. 4 days in office, Fridays off).

This is a rare opportunity to build your career in a prestigious, high-level environment. If you’re ready to step into a dynamic EA role with growth potential, apply now!
