The Role:
As our Junior HR Generalistyoull be the goto person for all things HR. Youll have the chanceto dip your toes in various HR pools from recruitment andonboarding to employee relations and performance management. Youllbe the friendly face that greets new joiners and the wise guru whohelps guide their career paths within ourcompany.
Key Responsibilities
Assist  in therecruitment process from crafting job descriptions to conductinginitial interviews.
Performance Management andalignment with Managers for KPI obtainment
Playa pivotal role in onboarding new employees ensuring they feelwelcomed and wellinformed.
Support thedevelopment and implementation of HR policies and procedures thatcomply with UAE labor  an activeparticipant in employee relations addressing concerns and fosteringa
positive work environment
.
Help coordinatetraining and development programs that empower our employees togrow.
Contribute to performance managementprocesses ensuring they are fair and drive highperformance.
Manage HR records with the utmostconfidentiality and ensure dataaccuracy.
Engage in payroll preparation byproviding relevant data like absences bonus andleaves.
What You Bring To TheTable
A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
Up to 5 years of HR experience with asolid understanding of the UAE labor market and legalrequirements.
Excellent
communication skills
in English (Arabic is a plus!).A proactiveproblemsolving attitude that turns challenges intoopportunities.
A
collaborative
spirit thatloves working in a team but can also fly solo whenneeded.
A passion for HR and an eagerness tolearn and grow within the field.
