Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Office Assistant in technical department at SHELECTRO located in Piraeus. The Junior Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining files and vessels’ certificates, managing schedules, and providing general support to the office team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
English Language Proficiency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
GMDSS knowledge will be an asset
Softoneknowledge will be an asset
E-shop knowledge will be an asset
