We are looking for a Junior Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders’ calendars while ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for multiple stakeholders.
Communication Handling: Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Confidential Documentation: Maintain and manage sensitive business information with discretion.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in an administrative or PA role in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and complex scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
