✨ An exciting opportunity to be at the center of the organization, providing high-level support to the Group CEO’s Office and ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
Calendar Management
Assist the EA in organizing and maintaining the Group CEO’s schedule.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the Group CEO is informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Communication Handling
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the Group CEO.
Ensure timely and appropriate responses to communications.
Document Preparation
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Ensure documents are accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented.
File & Record Management & Coordination
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records efficiently and confidentially.
Ensure quick and easy retrieval of information when needed.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and events.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Data Compilation & Initiatives
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Provide summaries and reports based on research findings.
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the EA.
Ensure assigned projects are completed on time and within scope.
️ General Administrative Support
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Provide support for bank events.
Assist the CEO Office team and Group CEO as needed.
Discretion & Confidentiality
Maintain a high level of discretion in all matters.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
University degree or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
