Person Specifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Project Management, IT, or related field
- 1+ years of Project management experience with experience preferably in the software industry
- Proven experience in managing IT digitalization and transformation initiatives, considered a strong added advantage
- PMP, CSM & ACP Certifications will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
- Strong presentation skills and being able to articulate project related information
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Anticipates risks and proactive decision-making
- Ability to work under pressure and complete the project on the given deadline
- Ability to establish healthy working relationship within the organization and the clients
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Exceptional time management skills and have an eye for detail
- Proficient in various computer applications Eg: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power point, Jira, Confluence, Jira Service desk
