BMO is currently sourcing for a Junior Support Analyst to support the Digital Transformation & Strategy team.
This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).

Role Overview:
The Junior Support Analyst will provide administrative and ticketing support to the Digital Transformation & Strategy team. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing project activities, handling service tickets, and supporting leadership with calendar and email management. This position contributes to the smooth operation of a high-volume environment within a Capital Markets context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings and events

  • Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes

  • Triage and follow up on service tickets and reporting

  • Manage the Director’s calendar and email flow

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

  • Process access requests and software/hardware purchases

  • Must-Have

    Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment

  • Proficiency in email and calendar management tools

  • Experience coordinating team meetings and events

  • Knowledge of ticketing and reporting processes

  • Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in banking or Capital Markets

  • Previous experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator

  • Strong exposure to stakeholder management and interaction
