We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter’s / Sourcer’s to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple sectors, supporting our senior recruiters and helping drive successful placements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and engaging passive talent for demanding positions.
Qualifications And Experience
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related field.
- Strong research and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting and managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
KEY PORTFOLIO AND PERFORMANCE FOCUS AREAS
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening and outreach to potential candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
- Assist in market mapping and research projects
- Source and engage passive candidates for early engineering roles at startup companies
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Zoom Info for talent identification
