We’re a fast-growing accounting firm that supports content creators, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs. Our team is modern, upbeat, and collaborative—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

Support day-to-day operations and internal projects
Help with client communication and follow-ups
Organize data, files, and task lists
Use Microsoft Office to assist with reporting and documents
Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Think creatively and solve problems independently

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of admin or operations experience
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Friendly, enthusiastic, and a self-starter
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with LinkedIn or social media is a plus
Accounting knowledge not required—just a willingness to learn!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
