Our five-star accommodation facility is located in the Raleigh/Durham area and specializes in individualized boarding and daycare.We are staffed with people who love animals and are committed to the total well-being of your pet.
While at Creature Comforts Inn, ourdedicated staffwill provide your pet the finest care tailored to his special needs. We are located adjacent to Cornwallis Road Animal Hospital; therefore, your pet is just next door in the event medical treatment should ever become necessary. This should give you peace of mind to enjoy your vacation as your pet enjoys his vacation stay with us. We also offer full daycare services.
We are looking for a:
Full-time Pet Resort Receptionist
Primary responsibilities and skills desired include:
Greeting and interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Receiving and managing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
Accommodating client needs with a culture of saying yes
Checking clients in/out,
Answering a multi-line phone system,
Prepping pets for boarding/daycare/grooming/vet services, collecting vet records, entering data into a computer, filing charts, and working as a team.
Daily kennel work including cleaning, feeding/medicating, and assisting with playgroups is included with this position.
Attention to detail and multitasking are a must!
Working individually and as a team is required.
Cleaning duties of the lobby, reception area, restroom, and parking lot
Must be able to lift 40 lbs comfortably, not afraid of getting dirty, and enjoy handling and playing with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
Resort Hours
Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
