Responsibilities:
- Test environment set-up & troubleshoot.
- Equipment calibration planning.
- Lab Capital and Non-Capital Asset management, inventory control.
- Lab Logistics, Asset Shipments.
- Procurement Support – (Purchasing, Request Quotation, Raise SC).
- Audit (Finance, reconciliation, cycle-count etc).
Requirements
- Possess Diploma in any Engineering courses with 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Self-driven and ability to multi-task in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Good decision making, analytical, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good statistical skills to provide comprehensive update on work progress and data compilation.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa. Additional advantage for Mandarin language speakers.
- Self-sufficient, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers.
- Willing to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
