Role
The Administrative & Legal Compliance Specialist will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office logistics, and assisting with paralegal duties related to legal forms and compliance. This role demands a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across various functions.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with document management and internal communications.
Office Logistics and Administration:
Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and facility logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications.
Support new hire onboarding and maintain accurate office records.
Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and compliant with company policies.
Paralegal and Legal Compliance Support:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents and forms.
Maintain and track legal compliance records to meet regulatory deadlines.
Research and compile information related to legal and compliance matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders on legal issues.
Experience and Skill Set
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, paralegal studies, or a related field
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a faster paced environment.
Familiarity with legal documentation, compliance processes, and paralegal practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a real estate or SaaS development firm.
Understanding of how to best support corporate compliance standards.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
