Our client, a respected legal real estate firm in Mississauga, is currently hiring a Legal Administrative Coordinator/ Law Clerk to support their team. This position involves reviewing legal documents and ensuring clients receive professional and timely service. Legal Administrative Coordinator / Law Clerk

Location: Mississauga, ON

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Pay Rate: $20-26 per hour (based on experience)

Duration: 3–4 month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent hire

Schedule: In-office training for 2–3 weeks, with potential to move to a hybrid model (3–4 office days per month)

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess title searches from various provinces

Identify and address title issues or inconsistencies

Draft legal documents, including mortgages and title amendments

Verify the accuracy and compliance of all documentation

Ensure all required information is collected before advancing files

Organize and manage file documentation and deadlines effectively

Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient file handling

Qualifications:

Diploma or post-secondary education in a related field

Previous experience in a legal or real estate setting is an asset

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to learn
