The Law Clerk will assist a team of professionals in a significant litigation project. Responsibilities include document review, managing physical and electronic case files, and liaising with parties.
Key Responsibilities
Organize documents and prepare exhibit lists
Review documents and manage databases (DISCO)
Contact clients and liaise with counsel
Prepare affidavits and follow up on undertakings
Trial preparation and other duties as needed
Skills & Experience
ILCO Certification or Law Clerk diploma
At least 1 year in civil litigation
Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
Experience with litigation support and databases
Proficiency in English, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
