DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Opening, closing and organizing physical and electronic client files Drafting correspondence, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings/conferences and court appearances Drafting family law related documents including pleadings, financial statements, net family property statements, agreements, orders, affidavits, memos, etc.) Coordinating/Communicating with third party service providers and party’s (e.g. process servers, courts, appraisal companies, etc.) Maintain tickler system, photocopying, faxing, binding of documents, printing, etc.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2+ years of Family Law experience (
mandatory
)
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Family Law Rules and procedure Effective and efficient time management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
Experience with
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with
