Law Firm in the San Francisco Area is looking to hire an Office Clerk.
Responsibilities include:
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and handling deliveries.
Providing support such as sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, sending and receiving faxes, delivering mail to post office and courier services, operating binding and postage machines, and shredding documents.
Scanning and digitizing hardcopy documents using the firm’s systems.
Processing electronic documents.
Traveling to local vendors (Fed Ex, UPS, Staples, etc.) for supplies or project needs.
Ordering and receiving office and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory, and verifying receipts.
Maintaining supplies across offices and satellite copy areas.
Assisting with meeting room setup and configuration.
Maintaining copy room equipment, including servicing and ordering supplies.
Supporting office events, rearrangements, and setup/cleanup.
Managing the server and coffee area supplies.
Assisting with office moves and transfers.
Managing files and sending files to other offices as needed.
Replacing printer toner cartridges.
Maintaining the patio area, including opening/closing umbrellas and furniture.
Performing minor repairs around the premises.
Building relationships with outside vendors and service providers.
Participating in maintaining departmental manuals.
Performing other duties as assigned.
